Secure Employee Onboarding

Your recruiter will send you an invitation to our payroll/onboarding platform. There you can complete required payroll and employment documents such as W-4, I-9 and direct-deposit authorization, depending on your employment setup.

Important tax-form distinction: W-4 is used for federal income-tax withholding for employees. W-9 is generally used to collect taxpayer information from independent contractors. Legacy People Group's temporary employees are expected to be handled through the staffing company's W-2 payroll process; any contractor arrangement will be handled separately and only when appropriate.
